Semi Sweet, Full Bodied style of ShirazOur Shiraz is rich with lovely black fruits and a textured mid palate. We co-fermented this wine using 1% Viognier skins which helps add perfume and as well as texture. Will age very well over the medium term.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Semi-sweet wines are between off-dry and sweet. Light sweetness.
