Very soft, elegant + fruity - like butterflies

Tokubetu Junmai - rice polished rate 55% International Wine Challenge 2017 Champion Sake. Very soft, fruity and elegant rice umami flavour. Easy to drink and great pairing any plates. One of my favourite sake :)
