A generation in the making, our 100% wheat whiskey started with sourcing the very best: Hard red winter wheat from the Armstrong and Blight farms in the Narrogin region of Western Australia (Gnaala Karla Booja). Known for its high protein content, this wheat imparts silky, soft, honey-rich characteristics to the whiskey.
Patiently aged for 4 years in Char no.3 Virgin American white oak barrels, flavours of vanilla, maple syrup, and caramel blend artfully across oak and grain, creating a whiskey that truly reflects the quality of Western Australian grains and the craftsmanship of our urban Perth distillery
Look- Dark amber
Nose- Fruity, brown sugar, slight flora
