Matured in ex-Upshot first-fill barrels, the whiskey gains additional complexity from the award-winning barrels that made our Upshot whiskey famous. Using open-top fermentation and our unique distillation process, we create a spirit that’s rich in fruit-forward flavors and deep in character.
Aged for four years in Perth’s Mediterranean climate, this whiskey showcases savory, fruity, and oily notes that only get better with time.

Nose; Crisp light floral, sweet candy, bakery fresh, vanilla, honey
Taste; Soft vanilla, caramel, sweetgrass, green apple, stewed pears, nutmeg
Finish; Light toffee, dark spices, tobacco
