Fox Gordon The Dark Prince Adelaide Hills Nero d'Avola The cool climate brings cherries to join the plummy base. Sensibly, the oak influence has been controlled. A good example of the approachability of nero d'Avola from a young age. James Halliday Published 01 August 2019

Fox Gordon Bravio Adelaide Hills Montepulciano A striking colour, deep and intense. Very gamey and tarry as a first impression on the bouquet, with not a lot of fruit on offer, but that might emerge if it's given time to open up. Shows a mix of sweet and savoury flavours on the palate, bright and lively, although perhaps just finishing a touch short. Maybe a work in progress. Steven Creber Published 01 August 2019
