Dot’s husband, a horse jockey who was to the point but kind and a real family man. This Italian variety is such a joy to work with as its character shows in the vineyard with a slight oyster shell, mineral character that flows through to the finish on the palate. Fennel leaves, plush baked lemon cheesecake and mandarin flesh bring the wine to a full circle. Powerful yet refined in its delivery.
