Named after Marnie’s Pop, this wine shows the character that relates to Rex. Strength, not messed with, pure and strong. This wine was created to show how much winemaking can influence a wine and just how complex and beautiful Riesling can be. Past the wine’s obvious haze, this wine shows lemon cake, sherbert and white pear. The use of oak and solids gives the wine texture and complexity without being phenolic. Aromatic mandarin blossom and a hint of mineral finish off this interesting and layered wine.
Analysis: Alcohol 11.5%, pH 3.04, TA 7.8, No additions other than sulphur. Vegan friendly.
