Dry, Light Bodied style of RoséEden Valley, AustraliaThe grapes are harvested by hand then crushed and allowed a brief (approximately 1 hour) period of skin contact to extract a gentle pink colour in the juice. The grapes are the pressed into chilled stainless tanks for settling. Pressings are not included. The juice is racked after one week and fermented cool to retain freshness and aromatic integrity. The wine was clarified and racked immediately post fermentation, then held cold for six months to achieve stability prior to bottling.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
