Hugh HamiltonThe Villain Cabernet Sauvignon
About this product
The Cabernet from the Black Sheep Block is lighter on its feet, having more high tone perfume and exotic spices. Comparatively, the Cabernet grown at Cellar Block tends more toward weight and texture. Careful blending of the two blocks produces a wine of both presence and elegance. This is the Villain.
Bouquet:
Snaps fresh like a snow pea. A profound core of rich blueberry fruit and an exotic undercurrent of jasmine, sandalwood and rhubarb
Palate:
Mouthfilling, lingering and complete. Plush fruit but fine textured; denim and emery.
Food Match:
Porcini crusted rib eye.
