Kalleske Biodynamic Barrel Project 2013

Shiraz wine, exactly the same, filled to three different ‘biodynamic’ barrels, fruit, root & flower. Each tree from same forest harvested and then coopered on specific day ‘type’ (fruit, root & flower) according to biodynamic (moon/planets) calendar. Same source wine, matured 19 months in each barrel. Fruit, root & flower barrel each impart their own unique characters into this full-bodied Shiraz; interesting & intriguing. Comes as a beautifully packaged trio pack for you to judge the differences for yourself.
