Pearl Red Today follows the traditional technique of filtration by bamboo baskets, extracts wine from the upper part of the jar, and brings the unique Hakka boiling technique to winemaking. After stored in clay jars at low temperature, the wine assumes a golden luster and retains the fragrance of blossoms, fruits and honey.

Was given a bottle from our Chinese neighbours,very sweet honey flavour and the smell of a soy based product,in my opinion is very similar to a tawny port, more of a sipping/desert wine, worth a try, but at nearly $60 a bottle will prob tur
