Grand Talon rice whisky is uniquely made using the finest short-grain rice. By using 700-year-old artisanal methods and distilled using direct-fired pot stills, the pure and delicate spirit is allowed to mature in traditional clay vessels for six years. It is then aged in new French and American oak barrels for three years. Finally, it is finished in fortified rice wine oak barrels from Barossa, South Australia. It has a delicious bourbon-sweet profile with notes of cocoa, stewed fruit, vanilla, and a hint of spice. It offers a balance of the exotic and tradition, making every sip a grand experience.
