A single vineyard and single block this is a great representation of Premium Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast ferment, heavy solids and partial MLF in new and aged French Oak barrels give this wine a complex, deep and lingering finish supported by the lovely red apple, white stone fruit and soft oak aromas. This is a classic style Chardonnay with a lovely creamy finish on the palate balanced with exquisite minerality!
