The 2016 Frebird Sav Blanc is typical Adelaide Hills Savy - restrained, elegant but beutifully balanced. The wine was largely tank fermented but we mature 1 small batch with selected heavy solids in old french oak to drive texture and mouthfeel. This has produced an elegant wne with grass, snowpea, guava abd trpoical characters with alively mineral and acid backbone.
