Every Barrel of Lawrenny single malt whisky has its own character, developed over time, influenced by its interaction with the cask, the climate during maturation and the origins of the oak. Our exceptional casks create this unique bottling that we are proud to release under our Cellar Collection range.
This release presents a balanced whisky that showcases the iconic notes of the bourbon cask and the distinctive Lawrenny spirit profile. The warm oak perfectly complements the signature stone fruit notes that are derived from our careful fermentation and distillationprogram.
Colour - Natural Honey
Nose - Oak shavings, dried apricot, corn fritters, toasted coconut, brioche
Palate - Jersey caramel, pancake batter, vanilla icecream
Finish - Preserved peaches, fennel seed and pumpernickel
