The Adelaide Hills is renowned for Australia’s finest Sauvignon Blanc and the complementing Semillon grape provides a balanced structure to this blend. 60% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, balanced with 40%, the resulting blend has lifted varietal aromas and flavours of passion fruit, lemon zest and gooseberry with hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is light- bodied, vibrant and zippy with refreshing acidity and a clean finish.
