The pinot noir grapes were picked from Bird in Hand’s estate vineyard in Woodside, in the cool central Adelaide Hills area. A captivating blush, pale pink in colour, the wine has a delicate perfumed nose with strawberry, Italian herbs and a hint of rose. Red fruit flavours on the palate are enhanced by a crisp, clean and dry finish.
