Stainless-steel fermented with aromatic yeasts, semillon from Wilyabrup, sauvignon blanc from Karridale. Highly expressive bouquet, with an abundance of the herbaceous and tropical/citrus/stone fruit aromas these varieties can produce in this region. It's lively and juicy in the mouth, with attractive semillon flavours providing the main thrust on the palate.

Fresh as can be. Lovely, distinct bouquet showing passionfruit, stone fruit, pea and grassiness. Bright and cool to taste, good length, strong sense of freshness, zing of acidity, some nice chalkiness in the textural mix. Classic stuff, done very well, flavoursome and refreshing. Ticks all the boxes.
