Tasmanian Coastal Gin, 12 botanicals that uncover an abundance of wakame seaweed from the chilly Tasman sea. Complex and layered, it has aromas of seaweed, ocean spray and fresh rose petals with saline notes, nori and jasmine.

My favourite gin. Best with soda or mineral water. First tasted it at the Providore in Stanley Tas.

Goes down smoothly, no left over bitter after taste. Just the right amount of flavour. Something a little bit different, would 100% recommend.
