Always the last Chardonnay block harvested, this extra slow ripening allows for more complexity in the fruit and means we can be very ‘hands off’ in the winery. Focussed, restrained and mineral with minimal oak.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
