Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazBarossa Valley, AustraliaOur Reserve Shiraz is the result of up to 20 Shiraz parcel components, which we assess from barrel for qualities that show finesse & structure - the precursors to age-ability. Led by French oak finesse, deep crimson colour, displaying intense aromas of dark fruits, aniseed, and hints of mocha. The palate shows richness and power, with lingering layers of concentrated black fruits, dark chocolate, and velvety tannins, with great finesse and structure, which will develop beautifully with age.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
