The palate has plenty of ripe berry fruits and spice as well as earthy depth and beautifully balanced tannins.The fruit was handpicked from mature vines aged between 15-25 years. The wine was matured for 15 months in French oak barriques. Drink with rare Victorian Wagyu beef.
