Reserve Semillon 2017

Grapes were selected off two separate blocks of our Baerami vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley to create this wine. Displaying a nose of freshly cut grass, kaffir lime and hints of green melon which carry through onto the palate with a tight acid line. While excellent drinking while young, careful cellaring will develop the hallmark toast and honey notes which the variety and region are known.
