About this product

Capricorn rum Liqueur is as real as it gets - locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland's tropical climate using ex bourbon barrels. We don't add any artificial flavours - only a touch of salted caramel and vanilla to sweeten the deal. 
Perfect for drinking over ice or in a cocktail.

I love this salted caramel Rum Liqueur. I have it over ice or ice cream! Love it, not sickly sweet like other liqueurs. Also I put this in an espresso Martini, it’s amazing!

Pleasantly surprised! Sweet, but not overly sweet like others I’ve had. Lovely touch of caramel straight on the nose and a big rum flavour in the mouth. I keep mine in the fridge & drink it neat over ice. Excellent stuff.

Very bad liqueur. Like when mum mixed your cordial instead of you... (Watered down) Save your coin buy!
