Shottesbrooke Single Vineyard Tom's Block Blewitt Springs McLaren Vale Shiraz 2015 "Superb crimson-purple hue, deep and brilliant. If I were to start again (I'm not) in McLaren Vale, there is only one place I'd choose to plant shiraz - Blewitt Springs. The wines have a unique structure, texture, flavour and style, elegant yet highly aromatic and effortlessly flavoured. Spice, black fruits, licorice and dark chocolate all play a role, finishing with savoury tannins on the long finish."
