Artesanal was borne to exclusively represent and support female and ultra small mezcal producers who incorporate sustainable organic farming practices and genuine artisanal craft production methods in remote areas of Mexico.
 The Artesanal brand aims to empower female & ultra small producers in a celebration of their prized art while educating consumers by providing all necessary information required to identify, and find a great quality mezcal. On the back label of each of our bottles, you will find information on the agave varietal type, the artisans who made it, the villages they are from, and all the relevant details of the artisanal craft production processes utilised in their production.
Each of our rare ultra small batch series aids and helps preserve the dignity and way of life of the master artisans in their small rural communities, and is naturally made in line with their native traditional ethnobotanical practices without the use of any additives. 
Artesanal is a genuine responsible agave connoisseur’s ultra premium spirit.

Tasting Notes.
Aroma: Intricate tropical floral aromas, green mango and orchids balanced by subtle notes of leather and tanned hide. Multifaceted hints of olive, brewer’s yeast, pipe tobacco with distant bushfire smoke.
Palate: Full-bodied and complex  flavours of cream, parmesan cheese and olive oils balanced with bitter earthy notes of dark cacao, burnt marshmallows and smoked beef.
Finish:  Long and complex finish with an oily minerality that lingers and leaves the palate salivating for more.
