Our Estate Range of wines are made exclusively of fruit from our own vineyard in Mansfield. They are grown and made along Biodynamic principles so we use no synthetic sprays in the vineyard, no artificial additives or enzymes in the winery and ferment using wild yeast. The 2014 Riesling has a floral nose of lemon and orange blossom and hints of jasmine with a palate that offers zesty lemon flavours which combines well with the fresh acidity of the wine. The finish is long and brings back the floral characters of the nose on the back palate. A wine to age for ten years plus
