Delatite

Estate Riesling Mixed Dozen 2013 2014 2015

This mixed dozen includes Delatite Riesling 2013, 2014 and 2015. All hand-picked and then whole bunch pressed in early April. After settling in tank for a short time it was then wild fermented in tank with a small component being fermented in large oak. It has a wonderfully aromatic nose of blossom with hints of lemon. The palate shows lemon and a wonderful clean acidity running down the tongue. The finish is clean and the lemon blossom characters come through on the back palate.
