Appearance Pale yellow green.
NoseGranny Smith apple, vibrant lime accents.
Palate Lively, fresh acidity with fine bead and crisp finish.
Vinification Picked early in the season to retain natural acidity, the grapes were harvested in the night and transported to the winery only a few hundred metres away, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented at cool temperature and aged on lees for approx. 3 months in tank. Our sparkling was carbonated using Charmatmethod for a soft and elegant spritz.
Cellaring Drink now while the fresh fruit flavours dominate.
