About this product

Killerby maintains its small winery essence with most of its winemaking techniques and philosophies remaining the same since it was first established in 1973. The wine made using small batch techniques, highest quality of French oak barriques and meticulous attention to winemaking detail.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes were sourced from a vineyard north
of the Killerby Cellar Store on Caves Road, Wilyabrup. This
vineyard is low yielding and is exposed to the prevailing sea
breezes keeping the vigour low to moderate.

The grapes are harvested in early morning to retain the fresh, crisp fruit flavours. Juice was drained and settled prior to a controlled fermentation in a mixture of French oak for 3
months prior to bottling.

This is a food lover’s wine. The style is textural and flavoursome and designed by the winemakers to be enjoyed
with food.
