This a wine to challenge the consumer, a Riesling to push the boundaries. A striking balance between residual sweetness, low alcohol and natural acidity with light and persistent bubbles to give a foamy texture.

Light, bright yellow colour, with a bright fresh lemonade-like aroma, the palate off-dry and juicy with balancing crispness from acidity. A delicious wine, juicy and limy on the palate, like a pine-lime Splice ice-cream. Yummy.
