This is spot on varietally. It's on the grassy, herbaceous end of the scale, and in a good way. It's crisp and fresh with aromas of nettles, green grass and tomato leaf. Flavours are down the light, tangy citrus part of the orchard flecked with enticing notes of coriander seed and fennel.
