Bellarine Peninsula Zinfandel 2018

Exhibiting a ruby red colour this young Zinfandel has aromas of cassis and blueberry pie alongside savoury notes including mocha, tobacco and leather. Bright natural acidity gives this wine presence on the front palate enhancing red berry flavours and leads you to the savour subtleties of chocolate and spice. There is a soft caramel element on the back palate and lingering flavours of the quality French and American oak used in production. Elegant and fine young tannin, as well as its acidity will give this wine great longevity in the bottle and will provide drinking pleasure for years to come.
