Pinot Gris 2019

Aromatics leap from the glass of this Alsatian style wine. Spring blossom, guava and passionfruit can be seen on first approach, subtleties of oak are present indicative of the small portion of barrel ferment used in this blend. The front palate gives this wine away with residual sugar immediately satisfying, zesty citrus flavours of grapefruit and lime dominate the mid palate giving way to a phenolic weight that allows for length and balance on the back end.
