Inspired by their passion for flavour, Aston Manor cider makers ensure that all knights’ ciders are fermented from 100% fresh apples, with no juice concentrate, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. All Knights bottled ciders are also produced with lower levels of carbonation to deliver fuller flavour.   
Their award winning medium dry reserve cider Malvern Gold has been crafted by otheir Master Cider Maker from a blend of bittersweet apples including Yarlington Mill, Harry Master’s Jersey, Dabinett and Kingston Black, all picked from our local Herefordshire orchards.
