Dry, Full Bodied style of SaperaviComplex and vibrant nose displaying varietal fruit aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate with hints of vanilla and spice. There’s generous ripe fruit on the palate, with notes of damson and black treacle, followed by robust tannins. Long finish with a fine silky tannin structure and lingering fruit flavours. Try it with pan fried steak, venison or aubergine dishes.
