Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayIndependent wineryAppearance: Pale straw. Nose: A complex array of stone fruit, tropical fruit with hints of citrus, and spicy oak. Palate: Displaying layers of complexity, true to the nose, sophisticated and restrained oak integration constructing a long, lingering finish. Well suited to seafood and poultry. Winemaking: Cold fermented and co-inoculated for malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 6 months using a mix of French and American oak. VEGAN FRIENDLY Cellaring: 5+

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Gorgeously fruited and elegantly expressed, the bouquet shows fig, white flesh nectarine, lemon pith and nougat characters with nuances of hazelnut and brioche. It's concentrated and refined on the palate, delivering creamy mouthfeel and flowing texture, well framed by bright acidity. Stylish and very long on the finish with grace and poise.
