Ex-red wine barrels that were sourced from Israel's finest wineries were picked for this part of the Elements trilogy.
The Mediterranean’s climate, variety of soil types, hot sunny days and cool nights bring a spicy and unique flavour to Israeli wine – and in turn, our casks.
The wine barrels used in the Elements Red Wine are a celebration of local terroir, curating a floral single malt with notes of dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes.
Aroma: Red dried fruits, ginger, oak, and delicate coconut bouquet lead a gentle mineral perfume.
Palate: Light bodied. Wine flavours coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms.
Finish: Medium. The dried fruits and wine linger, finishing with a touch of dark raisins.
About the Distillery.
Milk & Honey is distillery is Isreal’s first whisky distillery. An Urban distillery located in one of Tel Aviv’s up and coming neighborhoods, M&H is a part of the city’s fabric, among entrepreneurs and innovators, makers and artisans. Israel’s 300 sunny days in an average year and the Mediterranean climate are used to great advantage. Hot climate maturation means that the whisky ages rapidly, yet gracefully. Whisky made in warmer weather takes on specific terroir which yields unique flavors that somewhat differ from their Old-World counterparts.
