The Milk & Honey Classic single malt whisky is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and special red-wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Gentle vanilla sweetness, almond nougat, followed by light oak and floral notes.
Palate: Light body, vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by warm woody notes and light black pepper spiciness.
Finish: Clean and delicate. The oak notes lingers in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.

Milk & Honey is distillery is Isreal’s first whisky distillery. An Urban distillery located in one of Tel Aviv’s up and coming neighborhoods, M&H is a part of the city’s fabric, among entrepreneurs and innovators, makers and artisans.
