A unique style of Single Malt not found in any other distillery in the world. The 900 Pure Malt switches out the peat for some darker specialty malt and is distilled using a unique process. This creates a deep, crisp, full bodied malt explosion of caramel, toffee and baked fruits. Matured in ex fortified French Oak barrels.
Uplifting aromas of baked stone fruits, scorched sugar almonds & caramelised pears. On the palate concentrated malt, smooth alcohol, toffee, balanced sweetness. Medium finish with, creamy malt, slight sherry & smooth oak.
