The Armorik Double Maturation is aged in unique oak casks made by the last cooper in Brittany, from oak from the surrounding Breton forests.
After several years, the whisky is transferred for further maturation in Oloroso Sherry casks.
Tasting Notes:
Nose - A very fine balance between the fruity notes of mirabelle plums and citrus, with spicy vanilla highlights
Palate - A very smooth and rounded attack of honey, the product’s complexity is revealed with notes at the same time spicy, lightly woody with ripe fruit in generous volume.
Finish - Very long, with notes of spices, biscuit and marmalade.
