It is superbly ripe and perfumed on the nose displaying blackberry, blueberry compote, mocha, cedar and mixed spice aromas, leading to a concentrated palate that is powerful and opulent, while remaining perfectly balanced and structured by loads of polished tannins. The wine is immediate and flavoursome, and offers terrific drinking.
