AllindaYarra Valley Chardonnay 2022
About this product
A range of winemaking techniques are used to guide fermentation and maturation in small French oak barrels to produce a complex wine, with depth, structure and richness. It shows grape fruit and pineapple fruit complexed by a yeasty, nutty nose with a touch of flinty burnt match. Racy palate with citrus fruit on the front, creamy middle palate good length.

Fermented in 15% new French puncheons, 85% used French barriques, 10% wild yeast. Well made; an elegant, slightly understated wine that doesn't overreach the depth of the fruit.
