AllindaShiraz 2018
About this product
Hand plunged in open fermenters. 12 months maturation, including 2 months in 25% new French coopered American and Russian oak barriques. Hand crafted in small batches from grapes grown using sustainable practices with no pesticides or herbicides. Generous boysenberry, plum, wet clay aromatics and consistent palate. Fleshy, structured palate that effortlessly carries its fine, round tannins, alcohol and acidity which provide persistent length of palate.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

The sources for this wine, as with the Yarra cuvees, are farmed sustainably. Full-bodied yet far from buxom, this bridles the heady richness of shiraz across a cornucopia of black fruits, coffee, camphor and licorice, with reductive tension, 20% whole cluster edginess and a piste of vanillin oak.
