Viper Vineyard Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown in the Grandstand Block of the Viper Vineyard in the Parkburn area on the western side of Lake Dunstan.

The bouquet has intense and complex aromatics featuring alternating bursts of blue fruits, woody herbs, sweet florals and black spice. The palate features lithe fruit and fine tannins that give great expansion, energy and freshness delivering a long flavourful finish. The finely balanced fruit and acid provides great precision and clarity to an elegant wine.
