Our BH Vodka is Crafted in a copper still with a 21 plate column from Australian wheat, filtered 4 times, diluted with fresh Australian springwater, resulting in the cleanest and softest spirit. then infused with freshPerigord Australian Black Truffles, harvested between June and August. Our truffles come from North East Victoria. BH Black has a bright gold colour and its velvety texture and deep flavour makes it the perfect ingredient for signature cocktails. Limited edition. We produce between 100 to 200 bottles per season depending on the amount of fresh black truffles we can source and each bottle is numbered and signed.
