We only use beautiful, marbled steaks derived from contented livestock. Hand-carved and produced in small batches to ensure quality and authenticity. Our Garlic biltong contains Tasmanian purple garlic grown in Cygnet. This delicious Biltong has no added MSG and is gluten free.
