Bottom fermented, as pioneered by Josef Groll in 1842 - former brew master having invented pilsner beer whilst working for the Czech brewery in Pilzen 1842. The history of great beer making spans centuries. Tettnanger hops, full bodied and light with a distinctive long, dry finish.
