The palate has a soft creaminess; flavours of brioche, ripe banana and mango suggest sweetness, but it finishes dry, striking the palate with an excellent and long mouthfeel.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
