On the palate, this full-bodied red wine is extremely balanced, with a harmony of red fruits and earthy flavours, with a persistent finish of black cherry, spice and blackcurrant. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are matured separately in “Bordeaux” type French oak casks for 8 months, with 6 months further refinishing.
